12 Natural Beauty Products I Have Stuck on Repeat
These 12 products get stuck on repeat in my daily/weekly beauty routine and for good reason. Eco-friendly, cruelty-free, all-natural, and organic, these little minions keep mama happy, healthy and radiantly glowing! I test out products all the time but these are the ones that stick around and get bought again and again:
Le Bon toothpaste in FEARLESS FREEDOM. You have not experienced a toothpaste like this ever before. I love this product because it is organic and doesn’t contain carrageenan (a known carcinogen) like other toothpastes. But it also smells AMAZING and the papaya-based whitening system works so well! My teeth are actually visibly whiter since I started using it. There’s a host of other super luxurious flavors including mango, but I think I’ll stick to this one for now.
Centifolia Lime Body Wash. This all-natural body wash smells exactly like fresh limes and not the fake lime smell either. Its a lovely pick-me-up in the morning shower!
Soapwalla Citrus Deodorant Creme. The lemongrass scent in this deodorant is so perfect for summer. It’s small enough to carry with you too if you go to an all day outdoor event, for example. It somehow really works well at neutralizing odor and without the baking soda (or chemicals or aluminum compounds). Baking soda burns my underarms so this is like heaven in a cute little jar for me.
Mahalo Unveil. Say goodbye to the weird ass makeup removers that have God-knows-what in them. This green balm melts away all of the makeup while leaving a layer of fairy goodness behind to care for your skin. This is what I loe about the natural skincare and makeup movement. You don’t have to put anything on your skin that is bad for it in order to enhance your beauty. Period. This is just a perfect example in my humble opinion.
Josh Rosebrook Active Enzyme Exfoliator. This exfoliator reminds me of the realness of exfoliators from the 90’s. It actually has the ground walnut shells in it that do the exfoliating. I don’t know about you, but its been hard for me to find an exfoliator that actually feels like its exfoliating. This is the one! I just use a little once a week and rub in on wet skin very lightly. It gets rid of all the old peeling skin on my nose and between my eyebrows.
Mahalo Petal Mask. This stuff smells soooooo good and it feels like slime that you made in science class in middle school. Don’t be fooled though, there’s nothing chemical about it. The founder crafts small batches of everything by hand without any toxins or chemicals at all. I use it weekly to amp up the nourishing and moisture since I’m in my late 30’s. This is a quality product for anti-aging.
Mahalo Vitality Elixir. This woodsy oil is choc full of Hawaiian grown organic oils and I use it day and night to keep my skin nourished. One or two drops go a long way and the smell is just amazing. The oil never clogs my pores or makes my skin oily. It reveals my best skin every day. I wish I could afford to use it all over my body!
Vapour Beauty Luminizing Foundation. The bit of shimmer in this natural formula is just right for day and night. It provides buildable coverage so you can just add more layers when you’re going out on the town. Vapour also keeps people of color (POC) in mind as they have a nice range of shades for every skin tone. That inclusivity matters so much to me. It contains a host of organic ingredients that nourish your skin while providing coverage. I wear 150 but I think I’m switching to 145 since I have yellow undertones.
Plume Science Brow Pommade. This stuff is amazing. I will never go back to using a brow pencil after using this. What’s more, it can be used as a eyeliner as well and provides hair-growing ingredients for both brows and lashes. The fact that this one product does so many amazing things shows the integrity of the all-natural brand. I’m using this stuff forever and would like to try other items in their eye-enhancing line.
RMS Beauty Wild with Desire lipstick in Rebound. This is my favorite red lippie. Perfect amount of moisture. Stays on all day. It’s the one you’ll keep in your makeup bag as a staple for years and years to come.
Kure Bazaar Nail Polish in Le Blanc. Well there’s more to natural nails than just the polish. When you switch to all natural nail care that means you have to buy the polish remover, base coat and topcoat too. Otherwise you’re still not all natural. Don’t halfstep boo. I’ve tried white polish before only to end up with a semi-opaque final product which still shows my nails. I would’ve worn clear polish if that’s what I wanted. So Kure Bazaar polishes are all natural and non-toxic, but they actually perform even better than most well-known toxin-filled nail polishes out there. I’m in.
Grown Alchemy Hand Creme in Persian Rose & Argan Extract. The smell, oh my goodness the smell. It smells so good I actually don’t use this as much as I want because I feel I need to save it for special occasions! Th ingredient list is amazing too. Everything is pronounceable! It makes me feel like I’m living in another, more luxurious, lifetime.
